What is a Korean lash lift?

A Korean lash lift is a semi-permanent lash treatment that lifts and curls your natural lashes along the entire lash shaft — from root to tip — rather than only at the base, while conditioning the lashes in between. It is sometimes called a keratin lash lift or an eyelash lift. At Eclipse Beauty Lounge in Denver a lash lift is $70, takes 90 minutes, includes tinting at no extra charge, and lasts roughly six to eight weeks.

Lifted along the whole lash, not just the base

Most lash lifts concentrate on the base of the lash. They open the eye, but the mid-length and tips often stay flat — which is why a lift can look dramatic on day one and disappointing in photos.

The Korean lash lift works differently. The technique lifts and enhances the lash along the entire shaft, from root through to the tip, while hydrating the lashes in between. The result is more defined, more elongated, and far more customizable than a standard lift.

It is especially effective for lashes that have refused to cooperate before: straight lashes, stubborn lashes, and lashes that grow downward rather than out. If you have had a traditional lash lift and felt it barely took, this is the technique built for your lash type.

Every lash lift in Denver at Eclipse is performed by Natasha, a licensed esthetician and the studio's founder, in a one-on-one, appointment-only setting.

Customized to your lash goals

There is no single lash lift look. Natasha maps your lashes to your eye shape first, then selects from different shield or curl rods to build the result you actually want — anything from a soft, natural curl to a noticeably dramatic lift. Larger shields produce a gentler, lengthening lift; smaller rods create more curl and more visible drama.

Lash lift and tint — included, not upsold

A lash lift and tint pairs the lift with a semi-permanent dye that darkens the lashes from root to tip. The lift creates the shape; the tint creates the definition. Done together, they are what makes people ask whether you are wearing mascara.

Tinting is commonly billed as a separate add-on. At Eclipse it is included in the $70 lash lift at no extra charge, so the price you book is the price for both. A lash lift and tint lasts about as long as the lift itself, roughly six to eight weeks, though the tint typically softens a little sooner than the curl relaxes.

What's included

Lash lift vs. lash extensions

These get compared constantly, but they solve different problems. A lash lift reshapes the lashes you already have. Extensions glue synthetic lashes on top of them.

Korean Lash Lift Lash Extensions
What it does Lifts and curls your natural lashes Adds synthetic lashes on top of your own
Upkeep None — wake up and go Refills every 2–3 weeks
How long it lasts Through one natural lash cycle, around 6–8 weeks Until refill; extensions shed with your natural lashes
Look Your lashes, lifted and darkened Added length and volume, more obviously enhanced
Appointment 90 minutes, one visit 2–3 hours initially, plus ongoing fills
At Eclipse $70, tint included Not offered

A lash lift is the better fit if you have reasonable natural lash length and want a low-maintenance, natural-looking result. Extensions make more sense if you want dramatic added length and do not mind the refill schedule. Eclipse offers the Korean Lash Lift and does not offer extensions.

Lash lift aftercare

The first 24 to 48 hours decide how long your lift holds. The bonds are still setting, and water, steam, and oil are what break them down early.

After the first 48 hours the lift is set and normal routines resume. A conditioning lash serum helps keep the lashes healthy between appointments, and a free aftercare kit comes with every lash lift at Eclipse.

About the patch test

If you have never had a brow tint, lamination, or lash lift before, a patch test is strongly recommended. It is free, takes about 10 minutes, and applies a small amount of product to check for sensitivity.

It needs to happen 24 to 48 hours before your appointment so any reaction has time to show. You can book one on its own, or alongside an existing appointment as long as the timing works. If you would rather skip it, a liability waiver is provided to review and sign before your service.

Frequently asked questions

What is a Korean lash lift?

A Korean lash lift is an advanced, nourishing lash treatment that lifts and enhances your natural lashes from root to tip. A shield or curl rod sets the lash in a lifted shape, and the technique works along the entire lash shaft while hydrating the lashes in between. At Eclipse it is $70 for 90 minutes, with tinting included at no extra charge and a free aftercare kit.

How is a Korean lash lift different from a regular lash lift?

A traditional lash lift mostly lifts the base of the lash, which can leave the mid-length and tips looking flat. The Korean technique works the entire lash shaft, so the lift carries all the way to the tip. It produces a more defined, elongated result, and it is especially effective for straight, stubborn, or downward-growing lashes that have not responded well to a traditional lift.

Is a lash lift better than lash extensions?

They solve different problems. A lash lift reshapes the lashes you already have — nothing is glued on, there are no fills, and there is no daily maintenance. Extensions add synthetic length and volume but need refills every two to three weeks. A lash lift is the better choice if you have decent natural lash length and want a low-maintenance, natural result. Eclipse offers the Korean Lash Lift and does not offer extensions.

How long does a Korean lash lift last?

A lash lift lasts through your natural lash growth cycle, typically around six to eight weeks, depending on how quickly your lashes shed and regrow and on your aftercare. The first 24 to 48 hours matter most: keep the lashes dry, skip oil-based products and mascara, and avoid steam, swimming, and heavy sweating.

How long does a lash lift and tint last?

A lash lift and tint lasts roughly six to eight weeks — one full natural lash growth cycle. The tint usually softens slightly before the curl relaxes, so you may notice the colour fading first. Because your lashes shed and regrow continuously, the effect fades gradually rather than disappearing all at once.

Can you wear mascara with a lash lift?

Yes, after the first 24 to 48 hours. During that initial window skip mascara entirely while the lift sets. After that you can wear mascara normally, though most clients find they no longer need it — the lift plus the included tint already darkens and defines the lash. If you do use mascara, choose a water-based, oil-free formula, since oil-based products break down the lift and shorten how long it lasts.

Can I curl my lashes after a lash lift?

No, and you will not need to. A mechanical lash curler can crimp or snap lashes that are already lifted, and it can pull the curl out of shape. The lift is doing the curler's job for the next six to eight weeks.

How long does a lash lift take?

The Korean Lash Lift at Eclipse is a 90-minute appointment. That covers consultation, lash mapping to your eye shape, shield or rod selection, the lifting and setting steps, the conditioning treatment, and tinting.

Do I need a patch test before a lash lift?

It is strongly recommended if you have never had a brow tint, lamination, or lash lift. The patch test is free, takes about 10 minutes, and must be completed at least 24 to 48 hours before your appointment so any sensitivity has time to show. If you decline, a liability waiver is provided to review and sign before your service.

Can I get a lash lift if I wear extensions?

Not while the extensions are on. They need to be fully removed and your natural lashes given time to recover first. If you currently wear extensions, mention it when you book so Natasha can advise on timing.

How much does a lash lift cost in Denver?

The Korean Lash Lift at Eclipse is $70 for 90 minutes, with lash tinting included at no extra charge and a free aftercare kit. If you want brows done in the same visit, the combined packages start at $115 and are priced below booking the services separately.
